The fact is people expend the least energy possible to consume media. And videos have the lowest energy rating of all. They also convey the most information - words can only take you so far, and pictures - whilst being worth a thousand of them - do not have the power of video to show how a house works - and provide a sense of it's atmosphere.
Video engages all the senses, it can push emotional buttons - and when it comes to real estate marketing, you can't have too much emotion.
For these reasons and others video marketing is increasing exponentially.
